Zoon n. pl. zo·ons or zo·a
1. Any individual, or the individuals collectively, produced from a single egg.
2. One of the distinct individuals that join to form a compound or colony.
As we see it Zoon means from one embryo many different cultures, from one concept several various manifestations, from one idea a wide array of distinct forms. Zoon is where things start but by no means where they end. The journey begins with an open and flexible culture that is designed to maximize the benefits that flow to its individual constituents. Where it eventually goes depends on how those individual constituents nurture and contribute to that culture. Our founding principle is that a value-driven, diverse and open culture creates a plethora of exciting and unexpected opportunities organically and naturally.
At Zoon we believe in people. Our mantra is by establishing a nurturing environment focused on job satisfaction, we can attract dynamic individuals who will in turn contribute to Zoon’s mission and ultimately our clients’ success. The importance of each staff member is largely based on the value they add to the overall culture. As a result we have leaders not bosses, team members not employees and partners not clients. This produces a service-oriented, high-powered team that delivers high-quality services while truly enjoying the work they do. This type of culture naturally forms a benefit-cycle that feeds on success and in turn creates more opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Zoon looks forward to sharing our experience and expertise with you and your projects. Ultimately your success is our success.
