Nabil has over 32 years of experience, and is known throughout the industry as a spirited, fun, and perceptive resident engineer and project manager who brings energy and ingenuity to every project he works on. He founded Zoon Engineering 13 years ago with an open ended and flexible culture in mind. Zoon has been something of an experiment, based on the principle is that a value-driven, diverse and open culture creates a plethora of exciting and unexpected opportunities organically and naturally.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Saeed has over 37 years of experience in construction management civil engineering. Saeed’s focus, determination, and precision have been key to the success of his projects. Saeed led the implementation of the Bay Bridge’s MEP and brought the vision of the Bay Lights to life when few believed it possible. His leadership is informed by his understanding of construction management, his concentration on the bottom line, and his deep commitment to high quality work.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Doug has over 30 years of experience. As a specialist in claims, negotiations, and change orders, Doug brings renowned insight, sensitivity, and practical knowledge to his projects to ensure fairness and equitable outcomes for all parties involved. He has been involved in all major contracts on the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge New East Span. Delivery of these contracts involved hundreds of millions of dollars in change orders and high-stake negotiations, all of which could not be possible without Doug.

VICE PRESIDENT

Ernest has over 24 years of experience and is highly equipped in directing all phases of Capital Project development. An expert in program management and project delivery for Public Works agencies, Ernest is a strategic and collaborative leader with a proven track record of building and directing effective cross-functional teams to support a wide range of internal and external clients.

VICE PRESIDENT

Yong is an expert scheduler with over 28 years of experience. He has an incredible ability to break down complicated projects into their most constituent parts, streamlining project management and ensuring timely project delivery. Although highly technical, Yong’s unique ability to distill schedules in an illuminating way makes him one of the most sought after schedulers in the state. He has worked on a variety of high profile projects, including various contracts of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, the Transbay terminal, and the 101 Express Lanes.

VICE PRESIDENT

Brian MacRae has over 30 year of construction management experience. He is an even-keeled and reliable manager who has developed strong relationships with his clients, who seek him as a Resident Engineer on project after project. Brian has been key to Zoon’s management of local infrastructure projects, and his sound judgement lets cities realize projects with ease and peace of mind.

VICE PRESIDENT

Craig has over 35 years of experience as a resident engineer, construction manager, and Superintendent of the Division of Maintenance of Marin County. Craig’s approach is deeply informed by the field and construction, and he is adept at forming relations with all personnel on a job, from subcontractors to project owners. This unusual skill set puts him at the vanguard of every project he works on. Craig is also dedicated to developing expertise on every aspect of a job, underpinning his management of complicated work. His knowledge of fiber optic systems has made him integral to the construction, management, and maintenance of the tolling lanes in the Bay Area.
